Consultation
Initial consultation is free and available to discuss client’s project
needs, interests and photographic possibilities. If several planning
and creativity sessions are required a nominal fee will be agreed
upon by both parties.
On-Location
Projects requiring travel to any US state can easily be planned
and arranged and implemented. International travel may require additional
time to prepare visas, get immunizations, and confirm flight guidelines/restriction.
No location project is too small.
Contracts
Detailed written proposals are prepared and discussed prior to all
shooting, thus outlining precisely the client’s needs and photographer’s
terms.
Pricing
- On-Location: Minimum 2 hours - $ 125/hr
- Expenses:
35 mm film w/ contact - $ 35
35 mm slide film - $ 35
- Travel:
No charge within 30 miles of San Clemente, CA. Otherwise $50 driving
hr.
Airline and ground fees must be paid as a deposit.
- Shipping: $ Federal Express all services
Payment Terms
- non-established accounts – C.O.D. upon delivery of proofs
- established accounts – net 15 days upon delivery of proofs
- 1.5% interest per month will be charged on all past due accounts
Projects requiring advanced deposits in order to lock-in a date,
cover travel expenses, or purchase special props are subject to
terms.
Delivery
Most jobs are completed within 5 working days from the time of the
actual shoot and selection of proofs.
Copyright
All photographic images remain the sole and © property of Kathrin
Delano and any reproduction is illegal unless written consent is
provided beforehand. Shared copyright is granted to clients in terms
of length of time and purpose. The sale of a Kathrin Delano photography
image/s is strictly prohibited from any secondary source.
